Sandra Bonds

Sandra has been a vital part of The Mentzer Group since joining the team in 2016, bringing warmth and positivity to every client interaction. Known for her ability to make people smile, Sandra takes pride in smooth communication and outstanding support to clients and colleagues. In addition to being part of the team, she is also part of the family as the mother-in-law of our founder, Doug Mentzer.

Prior to working at The Mentzer Group, Sandra spent 20 years as a clerical assistant with a physician group and 10 years with Manpower Office Services, supporting operations at Alcoa Aluminum Company. She is also a notary public.

Sandra has lived in Louisville, Tennessee, for over 25 years and is deeply connected to her community. She and her husband, Richard, have been married for more than 50 years and cherish their large, loving family, including three grown children — Sarah, Truman and Rebekah — and 11 grandchildren. Outside of work, Sandra enjoys counted cross-stitch, reading, Sudoku puzzles and watching British murder mysteries. She also treasures weekly outings with her husband to Cades Cove and never misses an opportunity to attend her grandchildren’s school plays and concerts. Faith plays an important role in Sandra’s life, and she draws strength from her unwavering belief that God is always by her side.
