Ashley brings energy and enthusiasm to her role at The Mentzer Group. She develops systems for seamless operations, driving efficiency across all facets of the business. By streamlining workflows, Ashley sets up our team to focus on high-level strategies and deliver exceptional client service.
Ashley earned an associate degree in applied art and graphic communications. She also received the Art Directors of Iowa Scholarship, served as a Phi Theta Kappa Honors Program member and participated as a student advisor and portfolio review panelist. Her academic and professional achievements have honed her creative problem-solving skills, which she now channels into supporting and optimizing operations.
Outside of work, Ashley leads an active and balanced lifestyle. She enjoys birdwatching, nature walks and relaxing by the pool or beach.
